The ArcRest Thin Set* includes two thinner pads, for players who require less height: 5/16″ and 7/16″. Fits 3/4-4/4 violins & most violas under 16 inches. For large violas, check out the ArcRests for 16+

The design of the ArcRest was inspired by great players of the 20th century who balanced the violin on three points: the collarbone, the jaw, and the hand. Unlike other shoulder rests, the ArcRest does not disturb the natural relationship between the instrument and the player.
